Update on what's been happening

Hi all,
Well November was a hell of a month with things going wrong. Did the November craft fair which went well then got back home, unloaded the car and the tip of the key broke off in the ignition! Locksmith no 1 came out Sunday, got a key cut for us but couldn't remove the barrel to get the bit out. So Monday morning rung our normal mechanic and he was away. Got a call back Tuesday morning with a number of another locksmith. Rung him and he arrived Wednesday to promptly fix it :) Ok some £88 lighter buit we were now mobile again.

About a week ago Salem one of our furbabies started to have a problem with one of his eye lids it swelled up so off to the Blue Cross hospital on a Saturday with him which is in London (about 15miles away) Now normally the journey should have taken maybe 30mins or so. It took nearly 2hours to get there. They checked him over and sent him home with anitbiotic tablets and drops plus an eye drop gel for his tear duct and painkiller. Took him back on the Monday for the eye vet to see him. Another two hour journey as there was a tube strike! We were in there 15mins and came out to get a parking ticket as the City of Westminster has different rules for blue badge holders than everywhere else! So £40 for that plus £30 for Salem's treatment so far, plus petrol equals much less money for us plus much more stress. Oh well the good news is that his eye is almost healed now. We were supposed to go back on Friday for a check up but couldn't go nowhere because of the snow :( blast it all!

Am now hoping that December will be better than November Please!!!
Hope to get some more photos up soon of all the cards I have been doing the last few months as well.
